GCI Research Director, Dave Wells, was featured in point-counterpoint opinion pieces in the viewpoints section of Sunday’s Republic: “Arizona slashed taxes for the rich and now the rest of us are paying for it,”  along side Katie Ratlief of the Common Sense Institute of Arizona.  Dave relays the cost of elminating the progressive income tax that provided $1.4 billion to filers with more than $200,000 in income and calls for reinstating progressive income taxes.
